Speaking of which, I remember a call-and-response I heard in a pub, decades ago, I'd love to get completed.
It went something like:
I'll build a house! Boo!
A public house! Yay!
With one bar! Boo!
A mile long! Yay!
With no glasses! Boo!
Only buckets! Yay!
And one barmaid! Boo!
For every man! Yay!
