I've not really remarked on it before now, but it does seem like The Won and his assorted flying monkeys are taking an awful long time to engage this oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.
Some think it's a matter of creating a crisis, that will not be allowed to go to waste.
I think the answer is much simpler: the South didn't vote for The Won so, quite frankly, The Won doesn't give a damn. It's as simple as that. We rejected him, we need punishing.
