Hmm. Apparently, the EPA has decided it has the power to regulate my breathing.
This really ought to make universal healthcare in the US a lot easier to achieve.
Though. That shopping bag tied around the neck as a way to control costs: Is it art? Probably not if it's corn-based. It'll just decay, along with the former greenhouse gas contributer.
