Here's a Kuwaiti "academic" calling for a terrorist to smuggle in and distribute a couple of kilograms of anthrax in the US, among other things.
I vaguely remember American intervention in a bit of unpleasantness between Kuwait and Iraq, back in the early 1990s. Here's the payback, one supposes.
The ingratitude inspires a sort of awe.
One hopes not to see the same out of Iraq, twenty or so years hence.
