Well, sure, but the end result would be cities nuked by al Qaeda all over the country, all Navy ships with huge holes in their sides, and embassies all over the world reduced to dust.
But yeah, the DOW would be doing well, and we'd all feel good about ourselves.
Face it, the two Clinton terms were America's porno movie holiday from history, and all he bought us was a century of war. Still, he had the sense to get out ahead of the disaster, so good for him.
