As long as Democrats keep nominating useless nonentities, and then pairing them with barely-humans who react only to things like air, light, water, food, and ambulance lights, well, they're going to keep losing to slightly less-useless, slightly more-alive Republicans.

Thing is, the bar keeps sinking in every election. As long as the Democrat nominate weaker-and-weaker candidates, the Republicans will win with slightly less weaker-and-weaker candidates, but our entire political system becomes more enervated in total.
