I think we can now officially start calling the Democrat party "The Gang That Couldn't Shoot Straight".
While Pelosi and Reid are holding up money needed to fund combat operations in Iraq, her criminal colleague comes out and says the surge is working.
My guess is that Murtha's going to get some of this money.
