How to advertise a job so that it's one Americans won't do.

Key point:
And our goal is clearly not to find a qualified and interested U.S. worker. And you know in a sense that sounds funny, but it's what we're trying to do here. We are complying with the law fully, but ah, our objective is to get this person a green card, and get through the labor certification process. So certainly we are not going to try to find a place [at which to advertise the job] where the applicants are the most numerous. We're going to try to find a place where we can comply with the law, and hoping, and likely, not to find qualified and interested worker applicants.
What do you call 5,000 lawyers on the bottom of the ocean? Yes, a good start.

UPDATE: The lawyers in question pulled the video above. However, through the power of the intertubes, here it is.

Comments:
Welcome to the global economy. Talentless Americans need to get over their entitlement complex and accept the fact that they aren't worth what equates to an upper class income in most countries just to push buttons on a register.

America can pass laws to protect people, increasing minimum wage and such, but short of isolationism there is no way to stop the bum-rush that is globalization. There are people who will work harder and for less money and they deserve to be employed.

Rather than going to battle over who gets to pick tomatoes for 12 hours a day maybe America should un-fuck its educational system and start generating some talent that is actually worth something in the global economy.

What a fucktard.
