Bush lied?
Well, no, actually.
First Kerry sticks both feet in his mouth, now the NYT publishes a story confirming Iraq's WMD program, and Saddam's desire to build nukes. The NYT story's spin is "Boy, wasn't Bush stupid to put all those WMD designs online!" The bottom line, however, is that the Iraqi's had designs that were far enough along to give a boost to anyone starting a nuclear weapons program.
UPDATE: Brilliant! Just in time for the election, the Iranians are test-firing IRBMs.
