Well, it's not a reign of terror as such, more a reign of stupidity.
As for putting her out to pasture, well, when I'm King of America her job will be to act the voice of Sideshow Bob. Until then, I'm a minority in DeKalb county. You know, the county where the outgoing sheriff arranged the murder of his successor.
