Thank God the RNC ends today. One more day, and I'm sure this poor man would be strokin' out.

Zell's speech was a masterpiece, the best so far of the convention. In a single speech he paid homage to the military, praised the President, and slammed Clinton, Kerry, Edwards, Kennedy, and the rest of the hate-America crowd.

When Paul Coverdell died and Zell was appointed in his place, I considered it a bit of partisan game-playing from Roy Barnes. It might have started that way, but Zell Miller has turned out to be a magnificent Senator. A man with America's interests at heart, come hell, high water, or the Democratic Party.

My God, what a great speech! I was never so proud to live in Georgia.
